Feelings And Pain
So often, the best we are able to do in our life using Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.) about feelings, is to notice that we are feeling some kind of 'stress, tightness, or awful pain' around the heart area. Maybe you get a headache. Maybe you feel depressed, exhausted, or frustrated.
It can be extremely uncomfortable, like a squeezing of the heart, like an ache deep in the chest.
This 'pain' is the often the result of suppressing your Emotions.
If you keep a high Numbness Bar and use the Old Thoughtmap of Feelings where anger, sadness, and fear are 'bad', 'dangerous', or 'negative', then when your Feelings or Emotions naturally arise, you train your Emotional Body to automatically suppress the information and energy. You may even have installed some kind of Survival Strategy to prevent you from expressing these 'embarrassing' or 'life-threatening' outbursts.
It can be exhausting to exert so much energy to suppress huge emotions for so long. In addition to causing pain, suppressing Feelings and Emotions can also cause severe illnesses, and reactionary irrational behaviors.
In Phase 1 of Possibility Management you can upgrade your Thoughtware, step out of Memetic Constructs, remove Energetic Blocks, and shift to the New Thoughtmap Of Feelings. You can learn Inner Navigation skills and discover your Inner Resources for Connection. You may experience a tremendous breakthrough to discover that what you have been experiencing as painful and labeling as 'pain' is actually suppressed Feelings and Emotions, extremely valuable inner resources.

The pursuit of happiness derives from a story that the feeling of happiness is the only emotion that you should strive for all the time.
Like eating sweets all the time, we try to look for that feeling in candles. After eating all the donuts in the world we're still stuck in search of it.
When I hear someone say that he's trying to understand what makes him happy, I immediately ask what about angry? Don't you seek to know what will make you angrier? Or more fearful? Or sadder?
Because, for example, now we need more Consciously Angry people! Fiercely angry at how we treat the Earth, furious at how we treat each other, and Radically Active that global warming is drying up the Dead Sea.
We don't need more people looking for happiness, enlightenment and the next personal benefit from sitting in an endless lotus position. There are enough of people trying this. Happiness is already understood. The reason joy doesn't come, by the way, after countless attempts, is that it is impossible to really hold Conscious Joy without Conscious Anger, Conscious Sadness, and Conscious Fear. That would be Self Deception, Fantasy World, Child Ego State Contaminating the Adult Ego State. It is not transformative.
Seeking only joy is like a child playing in Luna Park, eating sweet pink cotton candy all day long.
We need more scared people, connected to their Conscious Fear, who can try enough new things carefully, and slowly go to the edge of where they have never been, and take one small step beyond what modern society has offered them.
We need more Consciously Sad people, to connect with each other and take down all the guns and shields. Sad women and men who will share the pain of living in this time in intimacy with each other.
We need sad communities that connect to the pain of Earth, and decide to change.
When you have these 4 Feelings and 4 Emotions active together, happiness does not become something in the future you can aim for, but rather just one of the 4 sensations you feel at various intensities (from 1% intense to 100% intense) all the time that guides you along your Destiny.
You are invited to open the door in the direction of the conscious power of your feelings . After that, you surf them.

Competence to a woman who practices seems like magic to a woman who does not practice.
Magic is competence in an uncommon dimension.
CONSCIOUSLY DETECT YOUR FEELINGS THOUGHTWARE

The Old Map of Feelings keeps you in the Standard Human Intelligence Thought-ware (S.H.I.T.) that your feelings of Anger, Sadness and Fear are ‘bad’, ‘negative’ or ‘dangerous’ and that your Joy whilst ‘positive’ is something to keep hidden from others lest they judge you as ‘naive’ or ‘childish’.
This leaves you cut off from the Archetypal Resources of your feelings. Without them you are likely a member of the hoard of numbed-out zombies, spending your life unconsciously plundering the Earth and your precious energy being adaptive and furthering other people’s dreams.
Is that what you want for your one exquisite life?
It only gets worse because maybe your addiction to this Thoughtware and staying numb will end up cutting short your days on this Earth. For Feelings Practitioners have discovered that many physical and mental symptoms and even some severe illnesses have their roots in the suppression of Feelings and Emotions.
Thankfully, as we will soon discover in CONSFEEL.02: something else is possible!
Attempting to force through a change in a lifelong habit like this is insane. First try to change nothing. Simply bring your neutral awareness and noticing to the pattern. Then stand in the pain of what you are doing to yourself.
This Experiment is to use these powers of Self Observation to notice all the ways that you still live on the Old Map of Feelings. Start a new page in your Beep! Book titled ‘WAYS I’M STILL ON THE OLD MAP’. Then record your findings diligently for two weeks like a scientist in a high-precision experiment.
You might discover that:
- Your Fear is wired to ‘bad’. A Self Surgery is the answer.
- Your Gremlin judges others who for being ‘too emotional’.
- You have Voices that keep you on the Old Map. Blast them!
- You keep yourself intoxicated on heavy, carbs so that your Numbness Bar remains high at all times.
- The minute big Feelings or Emotions come up, your Gremlin whisks you away into a world of Beer, Porn or T.V.

Feelings and Emotions are NOT the same.
Emotions are from the past, they last longer than 3 minutes and want to be healed. Welcoming the gifts that they offer through an emotional healing process allows you to evolve into the next version of yourself.
Feelings are from the present, they come up in the small NOW giving you information about what is going on and the energy to do something about it. You can use your feelings to make responsible Proposals to those around you and live in the ecstasy of adult negotiation.
Getting feelings and emotions confused will seriously mess up your life.
The mayhem will begin when you believe that your emotions have something to offer your relationships. You’ll splurge your Reactivity on your partner, children and those around you. Their Gremlin’s will rejoice at the opportunity for a good feeding but the possibility of real intimacy and connection will be well and truly dead in the water.
Do you want to look back on your life and see a string of relationships that failed and loved-ones broken because you don’t get this?
I didn’t think so.
This experiment is to live in the distinction between feelings and emotions. Whatever comes up, ask yourself: “Is this a feeling or an emotion?”. Use your feelings. Heal your emotions. Whenever you share with someone else add on "and this is a feeling, or this is an emotion”. If it’s an emotion, say “this has nothing to do with you, it comes from, bla bla bla... and I will use this emotion as a gateway for an emotional healing process."

WATCH ONE EHP A DAY FOR 100 DAYS

Possibility Managers have spent over 20 years building up a treasure trove of distinctions, processes and thoughtware upgrades.
Many of them are on display in over 100 recorded videos on the create possibility website.
Watching these videos is a very effective way to Build Matrix whilst levelling up your space holding skills so that you can provide your Nonmaterial Value to others.
These processes are so powerful that after the 100 days you could quit your Linear Life Plan ‘job’ and create a life for yourself offering the clarity that you have developed.
This experiment is to watch one emotional healing process a day for the next 100 days. Make sure you start each viewing session from First Position so you are truly present to the magic.
During each process:
- write down what feelings the Possibility Coach uses and sees in the client and what do they use them for.
- write down what you are feeling at the same time.
- if it’s an emotion, write down what it’s about and add it to your list of potential emotional healing processes.
- notice how much you have in common with those participating in the processes. You can discover your common humanity!
- notice the gift that an emotion can be when it is seen as a doorway to an EHP.

DO A WEEK FOCUSING ON EACH FEELING

You were born with a feelings detector, giving you the ability to detect feelings and emotions showing up in yourself, others around you and in your spaces.
Conscious practice builds the muscle of your detector so that you can pick up on more and more subtleties in what’s going on. You also slowly realise the immense power and potential provided by your feelings: that they are useful in literally every moment and situation of your life.
This experiment is to dedicate a week to exploring each of the feelings. Shift your identity into a an edgework researcher and spend the week investigating. Start with fear. Then do anger. Then sadness. Then finally joy.
Your Beep! Book is an invaluable tool for this process. Write down everything you notice and discover. Remember “If you don’t write it down, it might as well not have happened”.
Your might explore:
+ how do you perceive people using conscious fear
+ how do other people use conscious fear
+ how could conscious fear have been used, what would have been the different results
+ what are the different uses of conscious fear
+ who do you become when you are tapped into your fear 24/7
At the end of this month long experiment, once you have explored all four feelings, type up your notes and create a really simple article saying "I noticed that fear can be used for this, anger can be used for this and share some little stories”. Your findings can be a powerful resource for others on their path to discovering conscious feelings.

CHECK-IN WITH YOUR FEELINGS TWICE A DAY

As a child of Modern Culture, you were taught from an early age to stay numb.
You built a Numbness Bar inside of yourself that allowed you to stay safe in your childhood when it was too dangerous to express the raw power and potential of your feelings to those around you.
You learnt to distract yourself from your feelings. To push them away with snacking, sleeping, sex and T.V.
An army of numb Zombies, is just what is needed to power the corporate machine that is destroying life on Earth.
Getting your feelings back is a powerful gift back to Gaia.
This experiment is to check-in with your feelings twice a day for 10 minutes for the next two weeks.
You can follow these steps:
- Stop everything, sit down, don’t lie down because you will fall asleep.
- Close your eyes.
- Lower your Numbness Bar and sense into your Emotional Body.
- Say: “Hello emotional body, what is going on?”
- Your emotional body will tell you what’s going on.
- Go for the low level feelings.
- Try to be completely okay with your anger, your sadness, your fear and you joy so that you are on the new map of feelings.
- If you notice a reaction against feeling anger, sadness, fear or joy, then write it down in your beep book and use it as a doorway for an emotional healing process. This is an EHP about a feeling. For example, it’s not okay to feel fear because….
- For every emotion that comes up: DO THE PROCESS. This is the fuel for your evolution.
- You might want to write a conscious feelings journal during this time.
Do this for 10 minutes 2x a day for 2 weeks.
Practice so that your inner navigation sense gets turned on not just during the check-ins but all the time. You can ongoingly be aware of what your Emotional Body is feeling and harvest it as a rich information source.

You could start by meeting every week for a four feelings check-in. This means taking turns to inner navigate through the four feelings for a set amount of time for example 10 minutes.

NAVIGATE CONSCIOUS FEELINGS AT A DANCE PARTY

This experiment is to get yourself to your nearest dance party. Don't forget to bring your Beep!Book and trusty Possibility Stone.
Spend the whole party ongoingly lowering your Numbness Bar whilst inner navigating your feelings.
Notice what happens when:
- somebody looks at you or does not look at you.
- somebody talks to you or not.
- somebody does something to somebody else that you like or do not
- when the music is too fast, too slow, too loud.
Create a new page in your Beep!Book titled 'FEELINGS AT DANCE PARTY'. Write down everything you feel.
Remember that if it's gone out of your body in less than 3 minutes it's a Feeling. If not it's an Emotion.
The feelings will often be about taking care of yourself:
- using the toilet
- getting out of the way from the wild dancing
- protecting yourself from a large Gremlin character
The rest are emotions that can be very big like:
- your fear of being excluded
- your need for competition
- your need to show off.
- your desire to run away and hide
- or be shy
- or exuberant
- or the fear of dancing like Anne-Chloe by the edge of the pool.
Keep in mind that these are all potential EHPs. When you get back: book the biggest processes.
A huge value of becoming conscious of your feelings is noticing how many of what you thought are feelings are actually emotions, each one being a doorway to an ehp after doing which you unfold a new dimension of your own adulthood capacities.

Having your Anger back will do exactly that. You will be taking care of things when before you would have been numb, Dragon Speaking when you would have been a quiet mouse and converting your Reactivity into Transformational Proposals like never before.
Possibilitators have learnt that the most effective way to do this is through a 333 Initiation.
This experiment is to complete one 333 Initiation. This means feeling as much Anger as you can for 3 minute, 3 times a week for 3 months.

Since childhood you have been hammered into Verbal Reality, where words prevail, and the experience disappears once you have named the thing. The beauty and joy of living in pure experience is lost.
Most likely, you get to the end of a meal having not really tasted much of it. You walk through a forest, barely aware of what’s around you. You make love to your partner but remain stuck in your head.
What a waste!
There is another possibility.
This is Experiential Reality.
This is reality before we have split everything up into categories and slapped words on them.
This experiment is to get into Experiential Reality by spending an evening eating only foods that you have never had before. Try some worms. Or Grasshoppers. Or that weird vegetable that always stares at you ominously in the supermarket.
- Notice how you give you center away to these weird foods
- When you pick them up, what feelings comes?
- When you look at them what feeling comes?
- Eat them slowly and notice each feeling as they come.

CELEBRATE FEELING YOUR FIRST 50% INTENSE FEELING

At some point on your journey of unleashing the power of your conscious feelings, you will discover all of a sudden, that you can have a feeling that is more than 50% intense.
Use this feeling and then it will go away forever.
As you've always probably only felt Emotions about 50%, this will feel like you are going crazy.
This experiment is to have a Conscious Feeling party with your friends to celebrate!
Start the party telling them about your journey and the moment of your first Conscious Feeling of 50%.
Have them all say "I feel (mad, sad, glad or scared) because....".
Some ideas:
- Make non-alcoholic drinks that all have a name of a conscious feeling.

This experiment is to let your emotional body speak to you through writing. This means let your feelings and emotions move your fingers or the pen. Keep going for 25 minutes. Keep your mind out of it. It might want to judge or try to understand what you're writing or see if it 'makes sense'. Don't let it.
The point of the writing is to give your Emotional Body a written voice platform. Use what is coming through to write a short story with a beginning, a middle and an end. Where something is surprisingly transformed or healed. Go with a surprising but not shocking outcome. Do 3 pages then publish it online somewhere for us all to see!
Notice what each of the feelings contributes to the story. What does the Anger, Sadness, Fear and Joy each in their own unique way bring?
